CLS is a non-profit agency that provides free, high-quality civil legal services to eligible low-income Coloradans and seniors. Please note: we have an intake process that all applicants must complete. We aren’t a hotline, which means that we must screen all applicants before help can be provided. Also, please understand that, unlike criminal cases, there is no right to an attorney in civil cases for low-income Coloradans.
