My practice has always been in rural areas, so I have worked with people dealing with a whole range of issues, including; anxiety and depression, PTSD, ADD, relationship issues, divorce, family issues, sexual issues, bipolar, grief, anger management, self-esteem, and spiritual issues. I work with pre-teens, adolesents, adults and older adults.

I have been I a Certified TRAGER Practitioner since 1994. TRAGER is a type of bodywork/movement education modality that uses gentle passive movement. A typical session is 1.5 hours and moves all the joints of the body. Self-care movements are also taught.
